This past Thursday evening, I had an appointment at Mosaic and it was the best experience ever. The front desk young lady was amazing and professional, and the tech was also very nice. The staff made me feel comfortable and were very attentive throughout my visit. The office is beautiful and clean, and the decorations look great. They even offer coffee, tea, and snacks. The entire experience from walking in to walking out was wonderful. I highly recommend this place.
I have been to Mosaic MRI in Rockville Centre three times now. From these 3 visits, I can say that the clinic is super clean and welcoming—plus they even have snacks available. Rania and Jacky were absolutely amazing. They were kind, professional, and really helped put me at ease throughout the whole process. I felt comfortable and well cared for from start to finish. The wait time is minimal to none, which is a plus. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a smooth, stress-free MRI experience!
The experience was a 10 out of 10 the atmosphere was amazing calm and peaceful from the moment I arrived the reception was fantastic pleasant so sweet I got through as soon as I arrived and the imaging tech habib was so sweet and great at his job out of all the imaging places I been to I would prefer this one and I was also accommodating with transportation just so you can see how beautiful the atmosphere was I would take some pictures plus they have snacks so awesome so clean refreshing
I recently had an MRI and wanted to highlight the excellent care I received from “Habib and Destiny”. They were professional, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, helped ease my anxiety, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and calm. I truly appreciate their kindness and outstanding service.
Jackie did a phenomenal job with my mri made me feel comfortable held a great conversation with prior instructions. As well as a the receptionist rania & day. Overall a great atmosphere.
