I had to go to the Emergency Department for chest pains. Was greeted was a smile, answered some questions and escorted back to a room. Tests were ok but ER Dr wanted me to go to Mosaic Hospital for further tests. Was taken by ambulance. Great staff and very thorough.

Since you use Grand River Regional Ambulance service and they do not except Insurances buy employers. Don't you think it should be added to one of the hospital bills so it would be covered by Insurances as you would be paying on two hospital bills, Aneta Insurance is what all Walmart employees have.

My wife and I made a scheduled appt during normal business hours. We had covid/strep/influenza tests done. They Charged us almost $1,000 for both of us for the visit. They took a small amount off but since we were self pay. I called and asked if almost 200 dollars per person was normal for an office visit and I was told it was by 1 person that it was and by another - that it was not:( They refused to adjust the large bill and we had to pay it out of pocket. I hate hospitals out of the four or five I've been to in my life this is one of the best
