Great little hidden gem of a brewery. I was in Tucson for a week and stopped in on a Friday evening on a whim. The beers I sampled were all fantastic as were the ones I took to go. The Hazy IPA and Mango Gose were the highlights for me. The bartender was incredibly friendly and upon hearing that I was from out of town, she and a nice regular customer made several recommendations for can't miss spots while I was in town. It's an ok place, I saw the proprietor getting tattooed on 22nd and kolb. Really nice guy.
I must have been living under a rock, apparently this place has been here over a year! I used to frequent Dillinger’s when it was at this location. It appears Mosaic took its place. I was sad when Dillinger’s closed because I loved all of their southwest inspired beers. Especially their mangos. It seems Mosaic carried on the tradition. They have many mango inspired beers.
