I love the staff they have been very helpful and respectful. Maintenace request are handled in a timely fashion. The only thing that I would say is there are so new residence that have children running around loud and unsupervised. I would not change anything else about this place I love it so much that I'm renewing my lease. I have only been here a year and I love it!
This is one of the worst apartments in all of Avon/Indianapolis, their staff are rude and thoughtless and lack empathy and the organization as a whole prey on people. This is not an apartment you want to live in this climate and economy because you are just a number to them not a human being so you might as well look elsewhere. If you try to delete this review there would be multiple ones left. A terrible apartment, wicked staff and just generally not a conducive environment to live.
I am writing this review to share a very serious concern regarding my experience at this apartment complex. My son was injured on the property due to unsafe conditions. While walking up the concrete steps, one of the steps unexpectedly broke beneath him, causing him to fall and injure his eye. As a result, I had to take my son to urgent care and purchase new glasses due to the damage. He now has scarring on his left eye. This place is horrible DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I rent out one of there apartments with a attached garage but they tow you car if you park in front of you own garage den the office manger is extremely rude and un professional i would not recommend moving here while shes still running the place, hidden fees for thing you dont use and they wont take it off even if you do not use the service garbage cans are always filled and overflowing just not a good place to live
