I strongly caution anyone considering living at Mosaic Apartments due to extremely unprofessional and bad-faith handling of move-out charges. After moving out, my roommate and I were billed $942.30 for alleged flooring damage supposedly caused by an “unauthorized pet.” During our pre-move-out inspection, maintenance inspected the unit and no flooring issues were identified or documented at that time.
