Everyone was super nice and very caring. Dr Karin was capable, informative and clear. I waited 6.5 hours because they had 30 patients. But they put my dog on pain meds right away and saw him as soon as they could.I had to return the next day and I was in & out quickly with the help I needed. We’re so lucky to have this top notch facility in Santa Fe and the people who work here are amazing. Thank you!
Exceptionally compassionate and responsive staff throughout this ER Vet (from initial phone call to intake to discharge and follow-up)... had a scare with one of our cats (who tried to eat a sewing needle and thread) yesterday and was fortunate enough to find Mosaic open on a holiday weekend - and within about an hour from where we live. Great communication and care between all staff, furbabies, and humans... Ju-Ju and Thomas and I thank you!!!! (but do hope we don't have to come back ;-) )

If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff is not only professional but exceedingly kind. The level of care they have show for several of my dogs was exceptional. In addition, this facility is immaculately clean. I had had the pleasure of meeting Will the janitor as I was waiting. He not only brought me water and offered refreshments but his kind words and sentiments towards my dog was a blessing during what otherwise was a stressful moment.
