Very kind and compassionate staff. We had to euthanize our cat that tragically got crushed. The staff were amazing in such a difficult time. Thank you!
These people are so professional and skilled. They never positively exaggerate a prognosis, but I've never had a bad outcome. I would recommend this clinic highly. The quality of care makes the time spent in the waiting room understandable.
If I could give Mosaic Animal Emergency Hospital 10 stars, I would! Actually, I would give them a thousand stars! They helped my Huckleberry Hound transition peacefully and beautifully from my first phone call until he crossed over. Every person I interacted with was incredibly caring and thoughtful. We just had the most incredible experience at Mosaic. Our 14-year old senior dog had fallen down three stairs and couldn't bear any weight on her hind legs. We feared the absolute worst. My husband and I were both emotional and shaken up. From the second we pulled into Mosaic, we felt truly cared for. Even though they had nearly 30 other patients at the hospital when we were there, we were shown kindness, compassion, and patience every step of the way.
