I can't say enough good things about Mosaic! We brought our 10-year-old German Shepherd mix in last Thursday. We could tell that she was feeling awful, and we suspected that she had either been poisoned or else ate something bad on a hike we had taken her on the previous day. Walking in during a very stressful and uncertain time was met with compassion, professionalism and a team the clearly cares about both animals and their humans. Junie got great care at Mosaic for a deep cut on her leg. She’s a country dog who isn’t sure about strangers, much less strangers getting in her personal business when she’s in pain, but the staff were patient, kind, and compassionate. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was very reasonable for an emergency vet given the overhead they must have to maintain the facility and staff. After years of very few options, I’m grateful to have Mosaic here in Santa Fe.
I had to part with my beautiful cat, Eve, of twenty years. Every staff member was so lovely and compassionate. I can't write too much about it as I'm still feeling the loss, though I know how fortunate I am to have my cat for all of those years. What I can say is that the staff at Mosaic, made this experience so much easier and lighter. Everyone was so kind and their exceptional warmth was beyond any other animal care experience I have ever encountered. I wish the absolute best for each person who works there.
Took my baby to the vet at midnight I was an emotional wreck, but the ladies there took good care of my baby, im so forever grateful for them, we got a short road to getting her to recover thank you again everyone who was there to help, without you guys I wouldn't know what to do.
Have to give a shout out to these guys! We were only in there for about 5 min before they recommended us to go to Turquoise Trail for more comprehensive treatment. They're honesty and professionalism is refreshing. Thank you!
