Received beautiful huge bouquet today for my 43rd anniversary. Just over whelping and mind boggling.
Scheduled a video visit, waited 20 min, no call. Reached out by phone and was asked to reschedule a week later because of a 20 min miscommunication and he had another appointment in 40 min?!? Did not seem that our upcoming event was important enough to discuss even though we booked time to talk!! I guess we found out all we needed to know!! Would not recommend 😕 At All!!
The whole team was communicative and worked so hard to make all of my wedding details perfect. They all give so much time and thought into each client. I used for my engagement party, bridal shower and wedding!
After our call which went well and I had high hopes for, the responsiveness dropped significantly. From the meeting, Joe the owner told me the proposal could take 5-7 days but with what I was asking for should have it to me quicker than that. From there I waited and then finally a week later I reached out over email for a status update on the proposal and got no response. Mosaic did an absolutely amazing job with my wedding florals! Joe and the entire team were wonderful to work with, and they made the entire process seamless. About a year before the wedding, I met with Joe and shared some inspiration, my vision, and the details of what we needed.
