I was really pleased with the purchase and service of our fingerprinting equipment until we paid our annual renewal for the second year, only to get an additional bill (that was never disclosed to us) from the hardware provider directly (that was supposedly never sent the first year due to "clerical error") which effectively DOUBLED our software maintenance costs. What's worse they made us pay for the first year (the one they apparently "forgot" to bill us for, which we never used the "warranty" on) and neither MOSA or Biome... read more
