I made an appointment to get a 90 minute full body massage! When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked into the spa. The place was very simple and the workers were nice! The massage was very relaxing for me and all in all a good experience.
Bad service and they leave garbage outside in the open! Smells bad near this place!
I called at 8:05 PM and asked if they had availability for 4 people. The staff member confirmed and told me to come at 8:50 PM. Then at around 8:40 PM—just 10 minutes before our reservation—they called back to say they had canceled it because they no longer had space, and could only accommodate one person. That’s extremely unprofessional. If you confirm a reservation, you should actually hold the table. Found this place on group on. It was the 3rd place I called and the first that had availability considering it was already 730pm. Got there by 8. First and last time coming here. Only nice thing I have to say about this place is that its very clean. Ended up with a male masseuse (if he even is one) even though I requested a female. All he knew how to do was dig his arm and elbow into my back uncomfortably causing a lot of pain. This was not a relaxing massage in the least bit.
