They are becoming too popular and do not value customers anymore. I made an appointment but was unable to get a massage on a Monday night. It was unclear if they overbooked. Didn't really seem busy. They have enough rooms, but clearly not enough staff. It's crazy that me and someone else were turned away. It's a solid place but I'm not fighting to get in here.

Interior- quite dusty it really could be cleaner. The chair for foot massage wasn't covered with fresh towel so I felt like everyone seats on same cover. Such places are for people to relax not to listen some workers loud talking and laughing. The foot massage was very relaxing and nice, I liked the service but I scheduled the appt for 30 min foot massage and at some point I realised it seemed to be longer, I was informed she is doing an hour massage and 20 min are still left.
