I’m not a customer but I’m very disappointed to see that a customers carpet is being cut on a wet road. But the most disappointing part was to see all of the excess carpet wool was left all over our road after the carpets were fitted. I certainly would not buy a carpet on this basis. I wouldn’t personally leave all of this across the close where we live. Maybe you should consider coming back and sweeping all of your rubbish up!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The team at Mosa Carpets were super helpful in helping me select flooring, lots of good advice and even loaned me books, so that I could be certain I was selecting the correct colour carpets. I had an extremely tight timescale for fitting, the team weren’t phased by this and pulled out all of the stops to meet the date I required. The customer service and communication was exemplary. Thank you very much 👏🏻
My Decorator Emma recommended this Carpet place, which is on my Doorstep in Garforth, from start to finish, they keep you informed by WhatsApp which is great. I've waited 7 years to get my bedroom done and when I saw the carpet I had a tear in my eye, thank you to everyone at Mosa Carpets would highly recommend, great price and product, keep up the great work 😀Lisa
We had lounge diner stairs and landing with full underlay fitted. Friendly fitters kept us informed throughout the day and did a very professional job. Very pleased with result would highly recommend
