Dr. Karl Velik was incredibly dismissive and insensitive to my mother who has struggled with profound hearing loss nearly her entire life. Other than that, all the other employees were pleasant and helpful.
The only reason I'm giving a 2 star is because only one of the receptionist was absolutely amazing! I didn't catch her name but she sits to the far left when you enter the St Joe mosa office. However, Alicia! The one who sits to the right—was rude! My appointment was set for 2pm and I arrived at 2:05 she scrambled through her data for over a min while I stood at the counter and she says “ unfortunately your late, I'll have to reschedule you” mind you I arrived at 2:05 they have a lowsy grace period of 5 min. Alisha is fantastic! She is such an expert and seems to answer your questions before you even know you have that question! I had called about a warranty and she was ready with paper work and packaging before I even showed up an hour later! Definitely the very best!
