I drove an hour and a half for my 4-year-old's hearing test. The weather was terrible, raining on and off all the way there. Unfortunately, my windshield wipers gave out, and I couldn’t see them, making me ten minutes late for our appointment. I arrived at 3:10, and the receptionist had an attitude because I was late, and I ignored it at first because I was just happy to make it there safely. Impossible to cancel appointments on a weekend, text to cancel you press 2 then you will get another text to confirm your cancellation but to confirm it they DEMAND you answer within 5 minutes which is completely unreasonable. Their after hours line is useless they can't cancel for you or even leave a message for you and you can't leave a voicemail at the actual office either so if you have a Monday appointment you are basically forced to cancel WAYYYYY in advance. If you just want to get treatment then go for it. But not recommended if you want caring and supportive medical care. Not a great treatment experience.
