Worked on my laptop with Michael while I was there with a simple fix. Just had to unscrew a stripped screw for my SSD addition slot for my LOQ Laptop. I did what I knew to do up to the point of the screw, he helped me get it out, helped format the new drive and set it up within barely 5 minutes. Not only that, he gave me some tips on some other laptops and games through gamepass and other mediums for gaming. Genuinely the best phone repair shop. The owner is insanely generous and kind, and very easy to talk to. Very educated and great at explaining problems and the steps they plan to take to solve it. Any issue you have, it would guaranteed be solved here 👍
