This was my first Experience with Ulmer’s. For my first phone call to the last, it was an A+ experience. He gave me a thorough diagnosis, discussed options and didn’t disagree or argue when I chose some, but not all options. In the process of the repair, they discovered an issue with the replacement part. Rather than let me drive off with a defective part, they stayed in contact with me and worked until the problem was resolved. I will definitely return and have already referred my son to them. Highly recommended
Excellent place to get your car repaired. Fair and honest prices and the staff is super friendly! Also they provide shuttle service as an added bonus!
