Over-torqued lug nut snapped my wheel stud and created a serious safety hazard. I am extremely frustrated with the complete lack of basic procedure and care at this shop. During a recent visit, the technicians severely over-torqued my wheel lug nuts—likely hammering them down with an impact gun instead of using a proper torque wrench to match factory specs. Another excellent experience with Ulmer’s Blue Ash. Tire rotation, oil change, and brake fluid flush/replace. I value their prompt and friendly service.
Ulmers was able to get our vehicle in and out on the same day and in the window of time that we had. The ac wasn't working correctly and they had to replace a vacuum hose. $600 was expensive but they did it quickly.
I had a lot of work done and they did it well and in a timely manner. Excellent service and great communication! Worked with Erin, and she was fantastic. A+
