Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Gave a quote and timeframe, both were accurate. Was happy to talk about my options to have a dent fixed, and gave the pro's and con's of each option. Very happy with the result. I would go back for any body work or windshield replacement.
If I could give a 0 rating truthfully I would. Took the car to get rust repair the amount paid and the finished product was way below industry standard. The rust job was unprofessional just something he just wrapped at the bottom of the door. The rust can still be seen. He told us that he had told us that the rust would come back. I told him how could the rust come back in 2 days. I believe in principal and honesty. He just had a sweet mouth znd did not back up what he said.
