Just had my Kia Sportage warranty service done for 90,000 K’s. I also had a couple of concerns for them to check out. Dave ( I think that is the right name) straight away went for a drive with me to see any possible issue. The car was serviced and any concerns I had were attended to and sorted out. All of the staff were most professional and friendly.
Meh. I'm disappointed by my last two services here. Two identical models getting their 30000 km service. Supposed to inspect the air filter and invoice mentioned top up windscreen washer bottle. A week after I get the second one back I get a warning light saying low windscreen washer liquid level. I popped the bonnet and had to put 3 litres of washer fluid/water mix in it. Would like to compliment Jess at Kia service she is very efficient and friendly a pleasure to do business with.
Recently traded a V8 calais for a new Kia sorento hybrid. Could not be happier with the vehicle and our salesperson INDICA, and manager Jade. Was originally told 6 months wait 4 car and colour, jade made a few calls, had car in a fortnight. Definitely 5 star to management and staff.
