I arrived at the hospital and no one was in the emergency office after 20 mins and call of a bell someone came in severed one lady then went to do something in another area of the hospital. Big thanks to paramedics and emergency team who worked 16th July, Tuesday afternoon and took care of my elderly mum who was away from home and had emergency health issue. Situation was handled very professionally and ethically, health problem diagnosed correctly despite tha lack of proper equipment in the hospital. I believe prompt diagnosis and referral to relevant specialist saved mum her eyesight. My 9year old son who was there at the time was also taken care of.
