Brett has been servicing my vehicles annually for about 8 years now. He's always been very helpful and knowledgeable in answering any questions l have regarding my car and lm happy in the work and service provided.
I was 20 Klms away and my car had to be towed to the work place, 7 hours later after expecting a call went back and was told parts were ordered.I asked for a courtesy car which I got. Next day ( being told they would call me) it never happened. I had to call them.1.30pm I called to say it was ready . He had a diagnostic machine and after waiting another hour said it was ready.
