Had a fantastic experience at Morton's in King of Prussia. Our waiter Joon was excellent (prompt, friendly, kind, professional) and made sure we had a great evening. Our steaks (filet mignon & NY strip) were seasoned well and cooked perfectly. They just melted in our mouths. The veg side dishes were solid too. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and all of the staff made us feel special. My only suggestion for improvement is the area near the back booth where we sat needs to be dusted. The food and service were Great! I was there for a seminar, and the atmosphere was good.
I’ve dined at Morton’s several times and have always had a great experience, so our visit on September 18 was disappointing. We had a reservation for 10, and the food was disappointing for several people in our party. I don’t know if it was because we had a late reservation and the food was rushed, but the lamb had no taste, the bread was hard, and someone in our party had pork that tasted as if the meat hadn’t been cleaned before it was cooked.
