Morton's was very nice. That is somewhat expected.
Where to start... the waitress knew little of the menu. Shen didn't write anything down, so almost everything came out wrong. She never filled in the blanks that the menu clearly left out and then avoided us for the entire experience when we asked to change an item due to an ingredient not appearing in print. When we asked for suggestions, she beat around the bush and made it very clear she had no interest in helping us. Planned a special 18th birthday dinner for my daughter, waiter was great but manager on duty had the worse customer service skills I’ve ever seen! Talked crazy to a guest of my party pointing his finger in peoples face. One of the worse experiences I’ve ever had at an establishment and this was my first time visiting the establishment not to mention I spent over 2000$ on our party for such terrible treatment
This is my second time going with family and I loved Mortons then I love it now I would recommend anyone go you won't regret it
