Needed a top notch ambiance for a special evening and MORTONS's lived up to all the hype!!! Great menu and reasonable for the occasion and the service was stupendous!!! There was never a moment when our glasses stayed empty and our server had more than enough tables to tend to. Very impressive!! Thanks agaon Mortons for a great evening
I have only had the pleasure of eating at Mortons 2 times and both experiences were phenomenal. Both meals consisted of filet mignon and crabcakes and it was absolutely the best steak I have ever tasted. The meals are a little pricey, but I would not hesitate to go back.
Ate here with my daughter. What a great place! Our waitor, Scott, was so kind and funny. I think he made the food taste even better! haha
I hadn't been to Mortons for a long time since going to the Mortons in Beverly Hills and absolutely loving it. I went to the Burbank Mortons and my first impression was complete shock. The whole place is remodeled from a well lit fabulous high end steakhouse with beautiful decor and wood paneling to a very dark room dotted with white tables and accented with faux brick fireplaces and wine refrigerators in the dining room. Racist? I think so! – I will never Eat Here! Morton's Sacramento Capitol Mall! I don't know if the staff is RACIST or what their issue is? I wasn't allowed to use the restroom without reservation. Wow a reservation to use the ladies room. I offered to buy a meal and they stated NO! What horrible customer service! They deserve a 0. I will make sure to inform my business associates, Downtown Partnership and the Chambers member know how awful my experience was. I believe i was judged off of appearance. New owners and the menu is different. No more table side presentations. Steaks are still great but the salad was not good. Lettuce was wilted and barely any bleu cheese but the hot chocolate cake was the same as before and delicious! I will miss the old Morton's.

“THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS A DISASTER, GO ELSEWHERE..VERY DISSAPOINTED” The food at Morton's is always Very Good and prepared very nicely. If you have any problems with the steaks, undercooked etc the servers and chef have no problems and are really attentive, helpful and kind. We absolutely LOVE Morton's with the exception of the two managers 'Larry' and 'Brian', that have been there for a few years now.
