Paid them for our stove and the install up - front, about $4000 (the install alone was $1250!) FOUR MONTHS AGO. They sent someone out to measure, found out two weeks later they lost the measurements (after WE had to call to find out what was going on with our order). Sent someone else out again, measurements this time were incorrect, so they sent someone out a THIRD time. This was about 6-8 weeks ago.
