Morton’s gets high praise for the ease of the purchase process along with support afterward. Their prices are reasonable enough that I didn’t feel the need to negotiate, the sales process with Chuck and Alex was very low pressure, and they even delivered my bike to me after hours at no cost. The service department has also been excellent to work with, as was Patrick in the parts department. I bought a pre-owned Transcontinental. Awesome bike with great features but it just wasn’t the right bike for me, so I traded it at Morton’s for a 2016 BMW R1200RT with ~30k miles. After my local BMW dealership had my R1250RS for 2 weeks and did not touch it for its 6K service, nor did they know when they could get to it (I made the appointment a month before dropping it off to them btw), I called Morton's this past Friday 9/12/25 just to inquire if they could possibly have an appt time Saturday to do the 6K svc. Fortunately, Tony in Service said that they could get me in at 1p Saturday so I took it. I have never been Amazed by a vehicle dealership until now. Found the BMW motorcycle I wanted at Morton’s but they are 150 miles away. Negotiated the deal via text and phone. Then Morton’s BMW delivered my new BMW R 1300 RT directly to my house, did some DMV paperwork, then loaded my trade onto their trailer and it was done in less than 30 minutes. That’s the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. Wow! What a dealership. My thanks to Alex and Johnny! You guys are great!
