I had a good experience with the actual PT staff on my shoulder last year. When my knee started aching I asked my Dr for a PT Rx and today, more than 2 months later (and after I had to call them to schedule and have 2 scripts sent out) I’m told to start all over again. Great PT people if you can ever see them. I’m gone and never coming back
