Everyone who does the authorizations for the sleep disorder center should be terminated. It has been 3 weeks with no return call from Diana Martinez in authorizations (she was also noticed several times via e-mail by frontline customer service reps) regarding a re-authorization for a sleep study. I also called her boss, Rene and he did also not return my calls and it has been two weeks. Great place to work, everyone is friendly and super cool

My wife had a sleep study months ago and I have never gotten the results. The phones don’t work in the sleep center and you cannot talk to anyone after your test.
Not clean. Stained bed linens with holes. No private toilet facilities. No tv in room.
