Absolutely the WORST ER experience we’ve ever had! They won’t let me in to support my elderly Mother & Father because they are “too busy”! I am my parents POA & they told us that my father (who had quadruple bypass surgery 3 months ago) would have to swap out with me if I went in (so I am now sitting in their parking lot while she sits in their lobby with 180/60 blood pressure & excruciating pain with no one to speak up for her because they won’t let her daughter in!!!!)! Two hours trying to get them to call in meds to pharmacy. Multiple calls to office waiting at pharmacy. Only 1 of 2 called in. Horrible experience and no one takes accountability

Pretended to have a neurologist on call. The first infectious disease doctor we saw there, Dr G, warned that our daughter should not have more antibiotics as she had been on them for weeks since sustaining a severe TBI and other injuries. Nurses ignored or didn't hear me fretting about the cerebral spinal fluid coming from her ears; a few days later infectious disease doctors chose to treat the CSF as an ear infection with a nursing home antibiotic. Worst Hospital ever don't go there for any reason arrived in an ambulance with chest pains vomiting light-headed was taken in only to have my blood pressure taken and blood drawn sat in a straight chair for 7 hours waiting for a room there is no doctor to see if you ask someone for help they don't care they're more busy making jokes place was freezing didn't offer blank it's finally someone went where they had them basically hid and they're nothing but a beach towel never saw a doctor never gave anything for nausea was throw... read more

The worst Hospital you could ever go to came by ambulance with vomiting chest pains lightheaded was seen by two nurses one took blood and the other took blood pressure was told to sit in a waiting room chairs very uncomfortable nowhere to lay down no blankets were offered until someone found some which it was freezing in the waiting room site for 7 hours waiting for a room staff very unhelpful after 5 hours was finally told there was still four people ahead of me and that could change because if someone has a gunshot wound o... read more

If you are looking at reviews you've probably had bad experiences elsewhere - this place is the answer to your problems. They freaking rock!!! They take great care and don't rush. Never thought giving blood could be a pleasant experience.

1st time with Jesse. Crude, loud, rough, argumentative. I'll request another tech from now on because that lady makes me very uncomfortable. The other techs have all been very kind to me.

The specialists, nurses and therapists are amazing. They kept us informed of all that was going on. The only reason it is not a five is because of the house doctors. Though both were nice, it was obvious they wanted my mom out even when advised by those that worked with her on a daily basis, that a few more days would be very benefical to her recovery. The house Dr. signed a discharge releasing her to a rehab center late on a Friday night were she was let lay in a bed for 36 hours with no therapy of any kind and therefore sh... read more

I recall completing the survey last week, however here is: 1.Business office/pre-op staff not equipped to make copies of all the consent forms I had to sign several. 2. "For safety" procedures are out of touch with reality. I was asked my name /DOB by several (at least 4 staff members) even though I WAS IN THE SAME PLACE ON THE SAME BED IN FRONT OF THE SAME NURSES STATION.
