We are lucky our family member survived and back to full health! We are thankful for having a nurse in the family that was with him because the stay at Morton Plant hospital was terrible. Our loved one wasn't cared or feed properly. One expects terrible service if they have no insurance or horrible coverage. He has been with the same MPH doctor for years, excellent health insurance,and first overnights at the hospital. Better hiring of nursing staff and techs are needed!! You’re “aware” that you employ an openly racist nurse and you do exactly what about it? I’m sure there are hospitals in your area that don’t purposefully risk black lives
I cannot BELIEVE you dont train your staff to watch how they act on social media so that it doesn't reflect poorly on your facility. Angela Harmon is a hate monger who shouldn't be a nurse. If something as little as a hockey discussion makes her start spouting off that all black people are racist and black women wish they were white.... how is she going to treat black patients?

These are the kind of nurses you have working at your hospital?? You should be embarrassed to have someone wearing racism so proudly working for your hospital! It’s truly disgusting!
Angela Thomas-Harmon is an RN who thinks like this has little to no regard for black lives— let alone black patients. It is worrisome that she is employed during this pandemic to help the very populations with which she criticizes, ridicules, and believes are inferior (example: “you wish you were white”). I would hope any respectable hospital would re-examine her employment status; and as a regular at BayCare myself, I would hope to never run into Angie Thomas-Harmon.
