Totally traumatic experience. Went for a brain MRI and made it very clear to reception upon my arrival that I was anxious about my results. I asked if there was any way my results could also be sent directly to me so I didn’t have to wait for my doctor to call me. I was assured that my results would be emailed to me in two hours. 3 hours later I called and was told that my results had been sent to my doctor who had already gone home for the day. Thank you to the staff who make you feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment you arrive. The mammography technician is great and makes an uncomfortable experience easy. The doctors bedside manner is exceptional. A warm and comfortable experience.
Visited for an MRI.. Not a long wait, comfortable waiting area, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
