Thank you to the staff who make you feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment you arrive. The mammography technician is great and makes an uncomfortable experience easy. The doctors bedside manner is exceptional. A warm and comfortable experience.
Visited for an MRI.. Not a long wait, comfortable waiting area, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
The service at Kingsbury in general is 10/10
I only have praise for the staff. Friendly reception. I had a brain mri scheduled twice and backed out due to severe claustrophobia and yes, they did offer a sedative but just looking at the machine made me refuse. It was third time lucky with no sedative. Thank you, Shariefa and Chandra for your patience, professionalism, kindness and understanding.
