I only have praise for the staff. Friendly reception. I had a brain mri scheduled twice and backed out due to severe claustrophobia and yes, they did offer a sedative but just looking at the machine made me refuse. It was third time lucky with no sedative. Thank you, Shariefa and Chandra for your patience, professionalism, kindness and understanding. My mum and I both came in for our routine mammograms. Yolanda the mammogram technologist was an absolute star. She made us feel completely comfortable and at ease. You are truly a people's person and such a professional! Thank you💛
I was hogged to make a payment after I told them I was getting admitted and medical aid will cover. The guy would not let me go and I was in pain and discomfort from a broken bone. He then said I will get a refund as soon as medical aid authorize but he has been dodging my calls for the refund. when I finally got to him he said they cannot do the refund and I must go to my medical aid. I am extremely disappointed for the service. No regard of the situation I was in and pestered me to make a payment.
