WOW! I called last week and spoke with their paralegal, Crystal. From speaking to her for about 25 mins, she made it apparent that Rob would take my case. I never heard from Rob or again...I called a few times, and left messages for the both of them...even stating if he couldn't help me, to let me know either way. Still, nothing! How unprofessional is that??? And, they call this state the Bible belt.
