Excellent service got a nice bouquet from here.
I spent $267 on a beautiful bouquet and the flowers started dying the next day. The bouquet lasted for only 4 days. I was also charged a Downtown Fee of $20.00 for delivery but it was on the way north side of the city. Never again... If you want to "make it right" then please issue a refund.
I called this flower shop right before Christmas Eve, when all the other florists were closed. I spoke with Su, who kindly kept the store open for us. We ordered two flower arrangements in memory of my dear mother. Despite having limited stock due to the holiday, Su created two absolutely beautiful bouquets for the memorial service.
