I can’t say better things about Morton & Furbish, specifically Melissa Shea. She really put her hours in as seller’s agent and buyer’s agent for us. We sold a piece of land within a week or two for basically asking price (after denying quite a few low-balls). As an owner of rental property over the past 8 years we have had such a wonderful experience with the entire staff. We don't live near our rental and they take care of all our home maintenance and repairs. They go out of their way to keep our cabin exceptionally clean and accommodate renters needs 24 hours a day. Always someone can be reached by phone with friendly staff. I wouldn't have anyone else but them be caring for our home.
