Hard to believe this organization has 4 star rating. If your female or minority maybe they treat different than single men who are down on luck and have paid higher tax bracket taxes for 30 years. Filled out app and was told I go back of line because I never received letter they sent out, I guess using a phone to notify applicants is not part of the process.
