I was having problems is 2 of my sliding doors and contacted Garret K. who scheduled an appointment for 21 April. Garrett showed up on time and after showing him my issues, he got out his ladder and tools and went to work. Garrett fixed the issues in less time than it took for him to drive to Rock Port, MO. I'm so glad I went with Morton Buildings, not only for the quality buildings they put up, but their GREAT customer service!

Contacted Morton and set up an appointment with one of there field specialist. The specialist came and looked at the issue we had and was supposed to provide a quote for some custom fabricated panels out the there facility in Omaha. The specialist did not ever provide a quote and will not return phone calls or e-mails. Horrible customer service and to say the least I will be taking my current and any future business elsewhere.
