Terrible customer service for the Fletcher NC office. I have called for a quote six times and cannot get anyone to call me back. Very frustrating. I actually spoke to someone who answered the phone and they promised a sales person would call me back. Crickets 🦗🦗🦗
Just read thru a ton of these reviews, and I just love the “automatic” response from a computer!! So many are from 3-4 years ago, and no change! Been calling for 22 days and still zero help!! We need a repair, and Morton does not allow any ordering of materials without paying their crazy labor prices and signing a contract. I need to get materials asap (still takes 4-6 weeks) as hurricane HELENE took out the backside of our business. You would think under the circumstances they would be more helpful, but no.
