I’ve been a returning customer, but unfortunately, Morton’s customer service has been disappointing. The Litchfield, IL office does not answer calls, and Morton as a whole seems uninterested in follow-ups. We initially sat down with them about a year and a half ago to design a building, requested a few plan changes, and then—nothing. No updates, no follow-ups, just silence.
