Efficient and great timely detailed work!
Had to put in several days of personal labor, and additional loan to cover work that wasn't done right the first time. Initially kirk tried to blame landscaping, but that was in no way possible, because backfilling was missed between the building and connecting sidewalk (underneath cemented areas) and evenly around the entire building. Something we might not have noticed for years had not the ice/snow on our sidewalk stayed melted all winter long from our indoor floor heat.
