Absolute worst! I have tried calling the salesman that their receptionist told me handles the area where we are wanting to build. I have tried to get a hold of him for 4 weeks. Finally, answered this week and we discussed what we are looking for. Told me to email him the plan overview, and he needed some info from me. He said he would respond right when he got my email so I knew he got it and was looking over it. We had the same experience! We called 2 times and left message s and never got a response. Third time we got Male and he said he was on another line. He took our information and said he call us back. He never called.

I found Bridget's review humorous. I had pretty much the same experience. I emailed their salesman (Troy) about a couple estimates, even sent a picture of what I was looking for. That was August 2017. Never got a response. It must be a Morton thing. I emailed the corporate company direct off of their web site this week and spoke to a Lori, to find out if they only erect buildings, or if they would bid and do the dirt work. This company does not return calls and I tried a couple times and left messages both times with receptionist.. worst part is the way it sounded that might be normal. But to me if someone can not return a call after you letting them know what you are wanting and looking for just makes you wonder quality they truely have and if they will even show up and do the work..
