Called them twice, indicating that I was ready to go with a project. First time I never got a response. Second time I was told that they had been really busy and things fell through the cracks, but that had been fixed. That same afternoon I got a text from a sales person. I briefly described my scope over text and suggested we have a phone call - no response. About 2 weeks later I got another text saying "I'm still working on your quote". Never heard from them again. I reached out to them multiple times and even called corporate. I am trying to construct a 40x70 building, but can’t get a price. I’ve been in contact with a salesman Stetson but he’s very unreliable. Not sure how this location stays in business when they don’t like to take peoples money.
Evidently it's an issue based on previous reviews but we called a few times for an estimate on a barn and left messages and never got contacted.
I'd give them 0 stars if that were an option. I made the unfortunate mistake of having these folks construct a small 700 sq ft garage/cabin. I could have had two custom homes built in the time it took them to complete this job. Every detail of the Morton contract you have to go over it with them to make sure you're getting what you pay for. Ask for an insulated cabin, you'd think that meant the entire cabin would be insulated.
