Called 3 different days, Just wanted a simple price quote for 4 sheets of 20 ft sheet metal. The girl that answered the phone said she was working as fast as she could. Never got it. Called Morton Buildings in Winfield Kansas got a quote in 2 minutes. paid for it in 5 minutes picked it up 4 days later.
Morton Buildings will tell you one thing and decide on something completely different without communication and inadvertently putting everyone involved in a bad position.
My Morton salesman Terin was great to work with! He explained every detail and step along the way.He was always available if we had questions about the building.The building supervisor Ryan was great also.His crew was very polite and professional.They kept the job site clean during and after the building was finished.The craftsmanship of this building is like no other building I've ever seen before.I am so glad I went with Morton to build my shop!
Morton has missed every deadline outlined in their own schedule and contract. They sell one thing and deliver something totally different. Erection crew was 2 weeks late starting the build. Morton will want to hold you financially responsible for items you don’t have ready but you have no leverage when they are late with drawings, delivery and Erection of the building. I would not recommend this company. There marketing and sales teams do a good job of selling the product but the corporate and operations side of the business... read more
