Got charged for a pink slip on a 4yr old car in Cept when car rego is every March. Told did me a favour. Next rego no pink slip required. Told do not know why older people want their cars back on the same day.... Attitude! ATTITUDE! Told others of my experience...and told several times "oh yeah you never go there...go to xxx next time!"

I phoned to ask if they did wheel alignments. The man answered the phone with some garbled hurried words so I had to check that it was Mortlake Automotive. Then I asked if they did wheel alignments and he started asking me irrelevant questions about tyre shops and wouldn't answer the very basic question of whether they did wheel alignments. He was VERY unprofessional.

I’ve been taking my car to Mortlake Automotive for years and have always received excellent service. The team are friendly, professional and always willing to help, even with the little fix-ups that come with having an older car. Honest, reliable and genuinely helpful every time. Highly recommend!

Thank god I didn’t listen to the owner, otherwise I’d have a FLAT TYRE for OVER a MONTH over the new year. My tyre was leaking air due to punctured by a nail. Owner said he couldn’t replace it or fix it for whatever reason. OWNER wanted me to PULL OUT the NAIL to see if it would cause a FLAT TYRE. I can’t tell if he was being serious or not, I hope he wasn’t. So glad I didn’t listen to his “expert” advice. Highly recommend! Honest, professional and knowledgeable. My BMW was checked thoroughly, everything was explained to me very clearly. Great service and I'll definitely be back.
