The service we received was disheartening. Had to correct at every encounter the facts of the case, paper work was filled out incorrectly, attorney couldn’t keep facts straight or remember important usable key points that should have been utilized in defense. Charged for having to repeatedly share the information that wasn’t being written down. Attorney said his notes were sparse, this was not because he was not given the information. He took a $2500 retainer and I never received a statement showing how that money was spent. The last thing he said to me was that he was working on getting a court date. I called him twice and he didn't return my call. I went to his office twice and both times the office locked and no one was there. He just needed to communicate with me.
Should not even give 1 star. One of the worst attorneys I have ever delt with. Took a $2,000 retainer and did absolutely nothing for us. He didn't file for the appropriate issue like the judge told him to by next court date. Next court date came, he hasn't filed for it, told the judge he was old and can't hear very good made us a laughing stock.
