I recently reached out to Caroline regarding my sister, a first time home buyer looking at mobile homes. She had been to her bank and was told they do not deal directly with mobile homes and was passed along to their affiliate who supposedly does mobile home deals. She received a curt 30 second answer from them a few days later, that they would not do a deal on the property she was considering, not alternatives or help was offered.
