Amazing customer service! The Mortgage Couch does everything for you and makes it as easy as possible. All documents were signed electronically, all meetings were both informative and left the decisions up to us with absolutely NO PRESSURE. To be honest we have been working with them for over 3 years and twice was advised it was not a good time for us to re-finance. Who does that!? Discourages you from doing business with them?! Matt and Shelby do because they are HONEST and genuinely put the customers best interest FIRST.
We are first-time home buyers, and we had a lot of questions along the way. Mathew was really patient, and always had a great attitude and a thorough explanation for each answer. The best thing about the experience is how Matthew was able to answer questions about our credit score, and advise us on how to fix a few "dings".
