Utilized this company to purchase my first home. They went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were going to receive the best rates. The team worked countless hours even when most would have not.
Utilized this company to purchase my first home. They went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were going to receive the best rates. The team worked countless hours even when most would have not.
Unfortunately this was not a pleasant experience for me or my Sellers. I was the Listing agent and Buyer's agent also worked at this mortgage company as Buyer's lender. Any issue or 'oversight' on the Buyer's side, Seller was requested to remedy it on their end. Buyer changed their loan type weeks after being under contract, Buyer's agent and lender missed every deadline under the Contract. I do not recommend this mortgage company.
