We started a refinance here in Oct. 2015, I talked to a Rick McCready who is the branch manager, which he gave us another agent. We gave them everything they asked for, mostly that same day, sometimes the next. Everything was going fine, then in Dec. we didn't hear from them til Feb. Then they asked for more stuff and we gave it to them. The thing is when they want to wait they don't tell you anything, they just leave you hanging.
