Be sure to have everything in writing, have patience as they are not very organized nor do they keep you very updated. They claim transparency but I can say not so much. They claim COVID and low interest rates are to blame but then they shouldn't take on so many clients. My closing date was pushed 3x with finally getting my actual closing costs (which I needed a check) and time to sign all within a few hours. Just glad it is done!
