When i asked a question thru email - they were johnny on the spot in getting back to me or having someone calling me with answers. Incompetent, worst experience I have ever had.
Working with Eric Swan and the entire Swan Team on my recent refinance was a great experience. Everyone was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. Shannon Bell provided updates and was amazing to work with. Even though a mortgage transaction can be stressful, they made sure I was kept in the loop the entire time. They also got my transaction completed very quickly. I would recommend Eric, The Swan Team, and Mortgage Solutions of St. Louis to anyone I know that is seeking a mortgage
I came in to talk about a mortgage. The receptionist was gone. I waited for 5 minutes but no one answered the door. Probably couldn't hear me with the TV blaring in a back room. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
