We had a very challenging mortgage because our financial situation doesn't lend itself to cookie cutter underwriting. It required somebody: Smart, Experienced, and (most important) Willing! Tom Murrens is that person. When other lenders find it easier to just say "no" and move on to an easier file, Tom takes your mortgage as a personal challenge and obligation. Don't bother shopping. If your mortgage can get done, Tom can and will do it. If he can't, keep renting. It's impossible!
