This was my first time working with Ethan Lane at Northpoint Mortgage and hopefully not the last. I was the listing agent in this transaction and would receive updates regularly from Ethan. We closed extremely quickly and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend Ethan.
Ethan and his team did a fantastic job. He was patient and responded back quickly with all questions (and I had A LOT of them). Everyone tells you to get multiple quotes before selecting a broker, and I was prepared to do so. However, after talking to Ethan, I felt comfortable right away and never looked back. The whole experience was done 1st class with integrity and professionalism.
