It would be nice if they’d be more organized. I was approved for a loan, went through the whole process, got everything they asked of me, etc. 5days before my closing, they said we needed a co-signer or they would drop the loan in 24-hrs. They should’ve never approved me in the first place. I now have no place to stay because I have my apartment up because I was ready to move in my new home. Would never recommend to anyone.
